A proven entrepreneur, Amy spent 16 years leading and growing her technical communications company and another 2 years blending and leading teams through mergers and acquisitions before successfully exiting the company in 2021. 

By the time she turned 30, Amy was well known as an authority in business and leadership, receiving awards such as the Rising Star by the Women Presidents Organization, Rochester Business Person of the Year,  and the Young Entrepreneur Champion of the Year in New York by the U.S Small Business Administration. She was even invited to the White House to be recognized as one of the top 100 companies run by young entrepreneurs that impact our economy. 

On her journey to finding success, Amy did all the things the American culture says a successful entrepreneur is supposed to do. She dedicated long hours to her business and made lots of personal sacrifices, she juggled growing humans and a business simultaneously, she made strategic decisions to scale her business, and kept up the ideology of the American dream - the faith that an individual can attain success and virtue through strenuous effort -  all while her happiness and inner peace were eroding and her frustration and fatigue were rising. At her breaking point, Amy decided to apply what she knew about energy from human design to create a more fulfilling life, which led her to walk away from the business she created, the entire technical communications industry and the identity of President, and into alignment with the life she wanted, the work that made her most fulfilled, and the things that made her happiest.

In her newest business, Leadership Alchemy, Amy teaches how to find your purpose and genius, how to break free from self-sabotaging behaviors and thinking that limit you from achieving your full potential, and how to use your energy correctly to live free from resistance. Through her expertise in business, human design and EFT, she facilitates transformation from pushing to grow a business through willpower with energy-draining and default action to leading with ease and growing a business purposefully to create your most fulfilled life. 

As an experienced leader and facilitator, Amy is known for her ability to inspire and guide others to make courageous changes in their lives with her provoking yet compassionate approach. She is a model of making bold moves to live a life of fulfillment. She has always bucked the trend – playing ice hockey before women’s teams were widespread, studying in a male-dominated field, buying a business at 20 years old, and exiting before the age of 40. Combining business, leadership, and human design, she supports others to live life on their terms and shining a light on what's possible.  

Amy’s life mission is to inspire others to believe in new possibilities for their stressed, over-worked, and overwhelmed lives and guide them on how to take corrective action to bring more joy, purpose, and freedom into their lives.
